At JCB Volkswagen, we think our Phaeton customers are very special people, after all you drive what we consider to be the best luxury car on the road today, so we want to deliver an aftersales experience to match.
We’re confident you’ll be impressed with the package we have to offer.
Our special service package runs from Thursday to Tuesday and is designed for convenience, peace-of-mind and to give you and any of your family members* the opportunity to experience other vehicles in the Volkswagen range.
On Thursday, our specially trained, licensed Phaeton technician will personally collect your car from you at home or at work (within a 40-mile radius of our centre), giving you the chance to discuss anything about your Phaeton with our expert. Our technician will bring you a Volkswagen courtesy car of your choice and take your Phaeton back to our Volkswagen centre where the work will be undertaken.
The following Tuesday, our technician will return your Phaeton to you; explain any work carried out and your invoice.
Our package has been thoughtfully put together to ensure work carried out on your Phaeton is of the highest possible quality and to minimise any inconvenience to you. However, should you require a different schedule, we will do everything we can to meet your requirements.
