Customer care scores on the up
Customer care score ratings at JCB Volkswagen Group are on the up with an overall score from Volkswagen UK reaching an impressive 92.5% reflecting the group’s customer-centric approach.
The customer care scores are undertaken by the manufacturer to ensure retailers are delivering an experience in line with Volkswagen UK's expectations. The score is calculated according to the responses of both recent sales and aftersales customers to internet and telephone questionnaires.
